Thanks for having me @nebraskabeef council, and thanks for the opportunity @tnbeef to experience a ‘behind the scenes’ look of the cattle industry. It was an eye-opening experience as to how many steps are taken to provide you with a quality meat, and how many workers hands that meat product goes through before it reaches your plate.
